HTML Application now licensed??

Can anyone shed some light on the new licensing structure that has a 3300 HTML Application License

HTML Licenses are required to load Release 2.0 HTML
Applications on 5330/5340 IP Phones.
Requires HTML Toolkit Release 2.0

What is the value add, if anything?

I saw that too...
It occurs to me that it just follows in line with the rest of the apps that are created. The thing that is odd is that we are the ones doing the ultimate creation of the finished product...

KWB, had an MCD 4.0 Update course with an InterTel Trainer who reckoned version 1.0 HTML works fine with MCD 4.0.
