Can anyone tell me if its possible to prevent the HTML app upgrade message when logging in and out of ACD Express Groups as an ACD Hot Desk user? This occurs upon login and logout. A minor nuisance to the end users. This is on MCD Release 4.2 with 5320/5330 IP Phones (Rel. 4.1) Thanks!
