HRESULT -2147220473 Macromedia Breeze Presenter

I am trying to install Macromedia Breeze Presenter 5 and am getting this error during installation.

Error 1904.Module
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash.ocx failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your support personnel.

If you have any idea about this problem please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Check your permissions on Hkey_Classes_Root. I've been researching problems with a different program and keep running into the permissions here being set to FC for everyone, but not the local admins.
