HP1220 prints Red, Yellow and Black but NO BLUE...

Windows 98. HP1220 prints Red, Yellow and Black but NO BLUE. I have reloaded driver for printer and changed ink cartridge. HP test page shows Black, Yellow and Red only. Printer has performed flawlessly for a year untill now. Any suggestions? Thanks

Sounds like a clogged inkhead. Call your service provider.. Joe Miller

make sure that the cartage is not expired the dat e is by the contac also some time there is a film left on the cartage use a coffie filter damp with distilled h2o and wipe the contacs on both the cartage and the printer also make sure that the contacs are not missed aligned or damaged!!
