There you can find information about testing centers and exam fees.
I advise you to contact first with the testing center that fits you and check with them for availability. Then you can register for the exam in Prometric or ask them to do it for you.
To prepare the exams i read the courses pointed in the certifications track:
- Fundamentals of Unix
- HP-UX Admin I
- HP-UX Admin II
Recommended book for reference: HP Certified, by Rafeeq Ur Rehman, ISBN 0-13-018374-1.
good urls! Can you maybe also tell me approx. how many questions there are in the exam?
All those tests on the net have around the 60 Q's and the one from HP has 45 Q's.
I like to know what I can expect of it
I did searched on HP site but couldn't find any information about that.
The test is divided into three parts:
1) commands, shell programming, concepts (20 questions)
2) Sys Admin (30 questions)
3) network admin (30 questions)
Maybe you would like to check on this (HP Forum) URL for more tips.
