Hi,
Got a HP machine and recently as i turn it on it just sits there continuously resetting it self every half second or so.
now ive stripped everything out or disconnected from the motherboard so the only thing connected is the memory power supply motherboard and the onboard graphics.
when i press the power button, the power light flashes twice then leaves a gap then flashes twice again ad leaves a gap and repeats itself all within about a second, and there is also a yellow power light on the motherboard that comes on but gos off when it restarts so that only flashes.
any help would be great
