Hp t5000 & Citrix Issue

I am running a published app through Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server 4, and have offices connecting remotely via an HP t5000 thin client with the Citrix ICA protocol. The issue is, it is not utilizing the full screen on the machine. However, connecting through RDP we get a full screen. Any suggestions or tips as to what the problem could be?

Edit the Appsrv.ini file by adding TWIShrinkWorkArea=5 as the first line under
[WFClient]. The file will look like this:

WFClient]
TWIShrinkWorkArea=5
Version=2

This should stop Outlook from taking the entire screen

It is not an outlook issue... it is a general system issue.. but we have found the resolution through means of testing and tweaking the environment.
