HP ssl1016 "system locked"

Hey all,

I'm having a problem with a HP SSL1016 Ultrium 460 autolaoder. Running - NW6.5sp3, Arcserve r11.1

The problem is: The Arcserve software seems to lock the autoloader, the autoloader displays "SYSTEM LOCKED" . This only happens after either a backup or restore is run, the only way to clear the lock is to re-boot the server and tape drive.

After the re-boot I have full control of the autoloader via the front panel and web interface until the next backup. It's not fun having to do this every day to get the tape out!!!!
