Hi,

I'm having trouble with a HP PSC750. It has a message to press enter to align cartridges. I then press enter and it goes through the process of trying to align the cartridges, but a message appears saying that alignment has failed. I checked to see if the blue light on the printhead was coming on, and it is. Can someone tell me what is making the message appear.

I did a little troubleshooting of my own and found I had a bad sensor on my ink cartridge carrige assembly.

hey, so what did you do with the bad sensor? were you able to fix it, or are you just living with it?

Yeah, I just replaced the sensor and it has been working fine since.

There is also a way to simply bypass the cartridge alignment process, its documentated on the HP website.

Hello everyone,

I have been looking on the HP website forEVER trying to locate how to bypass the align cartridges status on my HP PSC750 printer, with no luck.

Can anyone point me to it, or cite the procedure????
