HP LJ 4200 Not Printing Through Envelope Feeder

I have a HP LJ 4200 with the envelope feeder. I'm in a XP environment networked to this printer.

I can printer everything except when making a envelope. I have the post script and PCL drivers loaded.

WHat might be the problem?

Have you enabled the envelope feeder (device settings tab) in the driver?

What program are you printing envelopes from?

I know that in Word, if you are not using the envelope wizard, and setting a paper size, that overrides the default size set by the printer properties.

I have run into this before....
