HP laserjet 8000 Series PCL driver problem

Hello ,

I try to print via the driver HP laserJet 8000 series PCL5e, but only the separator page is printing !!
But when I print with the driver PS , It works !
I have already turn off the printer ,but the problem is still there.

Any idea ?

Try reinstalling the PCL5e driver. Does the PCL6 driver work?

I had a chat with an hp support guy. To install the drivers, make sure you completely uninstall them by printing a test page to get the list of dll's the driver consists of, and then
1. delete the printer out of the printer folders.
2. if the user is not an administrator, log in as one.
3. go to the c:\winnt\system32\spool\drivers folder and remove the files listed on the test page ( full folder info on the page)
4. reboot
5. log in as user
6. reinstall printer / reconnect if network.
