HP LASERJET 5SI ENVELOPE FEED PROBLEMS

Hi I'm having trouble with a HP Laserjet 5SI wrinkling envelopes in the fuser assembly. Have replaced the fuser assembly with a new one, but the envelopes still wrinkle.
Is there an adjustment I can do to the fuser assembly besides the two gray tabs.

You shouldn't be getting wrinkling with the gray envelope levers in the up position. If you are, the envelopes are not laser quality or they are of poor quality. (or it could just be very humid conditions) Check your manual or the HP website for envelope types recommended for the printer.
