Our printer is flashing the message "50 Service" and will no longer print. Does anyone know what the problem might be or if it's fixable? The machine has worked perfectly all these years and this is the first time we've had a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Fuser error. Replace. Also check the P/U rollers under the black plate beneath the toner cavity.
Exit roller may be worn also, check the small roller assy. in the fold down door in front.

The trick is to type the part number into the google window. The part number for the user manual is C2037-90901. It is $95 at the link above, but I bet you can find it for less by searching with the part number.
