I installed a new printer for our office and I cannot get the printer to "wake up" once it is in sleep mode. I had the printer in my office for a week so I could test everything and not once did I have a problem with this printer when it was in sleep mode, the only thing that changed was the location it is in.

Any idea's?

I found some things that pointed to JetAdmin but I do not know how reliable that was, I have never had a problem before with this, and have several of the same model printers here and they all work fine.

If you can connect to the EWS in a browser, you can make changes to settings.What things did you find? Error code?
