Okay, here we go. I have this printer, which gives me a Error 13.1 Jam Code when I run paper out of the paper tray. The first page comes out, but the next one jams. Not only that, but the paper that does come out is completely blank.
Now here is the kicker, if I run paper through the bypass tray (the little one in the front), it comes out without jamming, but the print is perfect. Yep, no printing problems at all through that tray.
What in this world would cause the print to not work from the paper tray?
Help! Help! Help!

If it keeps jaming from the tray then you might want to check the rollers and make sure they are not warn down. Maybe give them a clean. Not sure why it didnt print on the first page though.

Its possible it could be a damaged tray coupler. Also you may want to look at the paper feed assy that sits in front of registration and whichever tray it is that jams pickup assy. You also may want to use the advice from the above reply as well.
