I'm in a bit of a delemma, there are way to many printers in my firm. I see some groups with ratio's of users to printer as 1:3
I am looking at the following for EOL:
Laserjet 4
Laserjet 5
Laserjet 8000
laserjet 8150
1)in your opinion what is the proper ratio for printer to users? My feeling is depending on the printing needs 1 printer should be good for up to 12 people. but im guessing thats incorrect.
2)does anyone have a schedule of printers by HP that should be end of life?
