HP Deskjet 722C - Printing envelopes

I'm not able to print an envelope with the Deskjet 722C using WordPerfect 8 "Format envelope" function. No matter how I set the settings etc. it keeps printing bottom to top on the envelope instead of side to side.

Anyone have any help???

check your printer setup before you try to print. you may have to go start->settings->printers and select the layout tab and pick the envelope size you are using in the paper size menue.
you may also have to change the orientation from Portrait to Landscape or visa-versa.
just remember to change the settings back for printing a normal page.

Thanks for the reply, I tried everything you suggested back when I asked the question with no results and finally tried "Word" and was successful the first try.
