HP D7360 Print Preview bug for borderless photos?

I recently bough an HP Photosmart D7360, having read good reviews about it. It seems OK in allrespects except one. When printing on photopaper (specifically HP 4x6 inch tabbed paper) the print preview seems to be inaccurate, by which I mean the actual photo printed has about 2mm cropped off the top (compared to what the preview 'promises' to produce). From the tests I've done so far this only appears to be an issue for paper smaller than A4, when printing in the borderless mode. Has anyone else seen such problems? Is there a work round? I tried contacting HP (e-mail and phone) but as you can imagine they couldn't help at all.

thanks in advance
Toby

Have you checked to see if there are newer drivers on HP's site?

Yes and no (yes I've checked, and no there weren't!)

I have a HP D7360. Does anyone know how to remove the cover? There are a few dead lady bugs ratteling around in the casing.
