hp color laserjet 2500L printer problem

it keeps saying there is a paper jam under the imaging drum yet i cant see anything. also the color carts wont rotate. i have tried removing the fuser unit and reseated it and still same. sometimes when i press the rotate button the light for the black comes one.

can anything be done or is it knackered

Did it happen suddenly?
Try to remove cartridge, all papaer, and install again. Use HP service program to clean your cartrige.
