Hi,
I just bought an HP 6110 all-in-one printer from Office Max on a killer deal, and was checking for info before I install it or even decide for sure to keep it. They were offering a refurbished one (still on sale this week thru 10-11-03) for $199 after $20 rebate. As usual they were out first thing Monday morning, but to their credit they offered me a brand new one for the same price! That's $100 less than normal, and $70 less than Costco or Sams! Couldn't pass that up!
First thing I saw on the downside was the ink cartridges are only half the size my Deskjet 882 uses, tho the b&w one HP-56 is cheaper @ $20, $35 for the HP-57 color.
CAN THEY BE REFILLED RELIABLY?
Also based on the CNET user comments it sounds like software sucks, and I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions there of what to use instead. I can get "corporate" drivers and then add 3rd party software I guess, tho I'm not looking to spend much $$ to get it.
SHOULD I KEEP the unit, when it's such a good price?
Thanks,
