I have a HP 4570C Scanner that has worked perfectly with my old 40 Gig Drive for 3 years, I ran under MS Win XP Home . I change out the Hard drive for a 300 gig drive and installed MS Win XP Pro and then downloaded the latest HP software with all of the updates. I can't seem to get it launch the software past scanning anything all as it comes up with this message... "ERROR !" An error occured communicating with the scanning device. Please ensure that the scanning device is connectted properly and try again." Iam at a loss as what to do to fix this . . . . Steve
