HP 4200 Printing blank pages

Hey folks Here's what I got.

My HP 4200 is printing blank pages. The first thing I did was replace the scanner. Still printing blanks. Then I checked the formatter just for giggles, still printing blank paper. I have no errors on my display so I disconnected the cable ass'y from the scanner to D.C. controller and I finally got an error 51.1 but once I reconnected it my error went away. I know that the toners on the 4200's have that eye on it which engages the ink but I've replaced the toner as well. Any fresh ideas. I need the thought of the collective.

Run a half test or engine test on the printer and check if the PSU and scanner is OK, or start a printjob and immediatly when the printer picks the paper, open the lid to the toner and inspect the toner if there is any image on the drum.

I have this same problem but only when printing from MS word. Do you have this problem always? I have the same printer. If so have you found a solution

HPWIZ,

Good ideas, I did both before I made my post and they had no image on the paper. I even sprinkled some ink on the paper to check if the laser/scanner even put a field on the paper. Nothing. But you all will be happy to know that the problem is resolved. After putting all the screws back in that 4200 I took the fuser out and once I got my fuser error, I left it unplugged for about 3 hours and when I plugged it back up, it worked!!! like a champ!!! Just think, 3 days ago I felt like a Spurs fan. And 2 days ago I felt like a Lakers fan.[afro] But normally when you get a fuser error you're supposed to wait 20 minutes until you power back up. I haven't had a chance to research why. I'm currently putting a 4600 back together. Thanks for your help HPWIZZ. I don't know if you'll have it but here's a resource that I often use from "Advanced Laser" I'll happily share it with you and I wish you all the best with future repairs.
