HP 3700 - not printing multiple copies

If this was brought up before - sorry, but I did not see it. Also this is a second hand issue - someone else is having the problem and has tried to explain the senerio to me.

There is a laserjet 3700 series that prints one copy fine - it just will not print mulitple copies, at the same. The driver has been reloaded to now avail.

Any ideas?

I will ask this anyway. Is the user requesting multiple copies ?

I am having the same problem - printing from network using iPrint and Queue Printing gives same results - no multiple copies even though they are requested. Not application specific or machine specific. And I just updated the driver from HP's website, but that didn't fix it.

I also installed the queue printer on the PC that was having trouble with iPrint. I still can't print 2 copies when I request it from the application dialog.

However, I can get it to print more than one by going into printer properties and changing the NetWare settings to 2 (as the default), but that is obviously not a solution, as it will print 2 copies whether I request 1 or 100.

Does anyone have any ideas??
