My HP 3500 color printer started jamming yesterday and after following all cleaning instructions I was unable to fix the problem after numerous attempts of printing after clearing jams every time. I just put in a new fuser and I still get the same kind of jam around the fuser. The jam occurs around the actual fuser roller itself and with the heat and ink the paper melts onto itself causing a big mess every time I go to print. Anybody have any ideas?
