HP 2320 scan multiple pages to one file

We recently got a new HP 2320 for an employee and set it up locally with an LPT. She needed the feature to scan multiple pages into the feed tray and save it to her computer. However, if she scans 30 pages, it saves each page as its own file, not one file with 30 pages.

Is there a setting or driver were missing that could fix this?

It sounds like you are defaulting to a ".jpg" file
If you can scan directly to a "Word" or "PDF" file, that would be the simplest way.
The only native picture format that I know of that will create multiple pages is a ".tif" file. (Off the top of my head)
