I know very little about the configuration/diagnostic of Printers. I have an HP2300dn in my office and it was moved. Now, when it prints the contrast is way too light. I tried replacing the toner, but it did not work. Any suggestions on how to make it print darker?

You should be able to adjust it in the settings. I don't remember exactly, but it will probably be in the Print Quality menu. There is also an economode which should be set to off. You should be able to adjust the toner density in the Print Quality menu, the higher the number, the darker the print. Also, are you using OEM or Reman toners? Is this printer in a dirty environment? If so, the laser lenses could be dirty, which would cause light print. Good Luck!

Have a nice day today, and a better day tomorrow!!!
