Hp 2000c tools for Win 2000

Hi;

I have a hp 2000c printer. When I installed Windows 2000 the driver does not have printer tools, ej troubleshooting, two sided option etc. How can I obtain this tools for windows 2000.

Did you check the printer's properties? When I install a HP 2000C on my windows 2000 machine I get a tab called "Services" that has the tools you speak of. Also look at the "Configure" tab while you're there. There are options to turn on and off options so that you can get advanced features. Joe Miller

make sure you get the dj2500/2000c driver off web alot of features will not be there due to the limt of the os ( no bi die)

I too am having trouble getting my HP 2000c printer to cooperate with Windows 2000. You mentioned that you have installed a 2000c on a 2000 machine. I do not get a services tab. I'm using the driver provided by HP. Is there another driver (and where would I get it?) that I should be using?
