Dear all,

I have problem on merging PABX.

My customer have existing DCS-255 with its own ID and subscriber number.

Now it is coming new iS3030. They do not want just to change DCS-255 CPU become CPU3000, They want completely new PABX.

The problem is:
1. They want to keep all existing numbering plan and routing in the new iS3030
2. New iS3030 must have another numbering plan which is different from the existing numbering plan.

My questions:
1. Is it possible to have two different numbering plan in one iS3030? How?
2. Is it possible to same extension number on the different numbering plan? How?

This problem is related to their knowledge with Avaya's PABX which has "logical partitioning"

TIA

Hi. i can advise's you on this issue. However it would take years to type it up. Please leave me a contact telephone number

What you want can be done, however you need to know a lot about how to program the Sopho. Or you need an programming example to get you started.

Look for a multi-user programming where the extensions have all different tree's like 0,10 and 1,11 ect. DIDIAL:;

DCS255 (SW300) IS3000 SSW810
- replace CPU-ME/MT with CPU3000
- deliver SSW810
- check Firmware/PROM on boards
- define required licenses
- new service & maintenance tool
- new documentation
- training for new system
- replace PMC board (SW200/SW205)
