Howto start with Avaya? 1

Question Guys:


I start working on new employment i need information how work with avaya. I have a lot system like CMS, AES, CTI, Session Manager and can't understand well how work the system. I have background in environments of network but no voip. Other question is about if can use Vmware Virtualization to practice environments of Avaya too.

VMWare is supported by Avaya for most of the newer product versions. They have OVAs you can deploy.

For getting started on these other products, it is hard to say where without knowing your specific job and what the purpose of all the servers are. I'd start with support.avaya.com and looking at each of the products sales brochures and admin guides. These forums are also a great resource of information when you have specific questions (don't forget to use the search feature).
