Hi all,
I have a question: is it possible to implement a whitelist on cucm 6.x.x?
I need to permit user to call about 3000 number that are not sequential. So since the cucm does not accept too many route pattern, the question is: is it possible load a whitelist on exernal database, for example, and the cucm ask to the exernal database if a number is enabled or not? Thank in advanced. Kind regards.

What do you mean by whitelist? What are you trying to achieve?
Are you trying to load a cold call phone list that autodials those numbers?

Hi and thank you for your replay. A whitelist, is a list of number that one user can call. If into the whitelist I put this number (3341234567,3351726354,3482176345), the user can only call this 3 number.

You can do it with ccx but not cucm alone. You will need to route all calls through ccx, that will have a script checking an xml file or external database allowing or not to dial out depending on a number match. I still dont understand the purpose of doing this so its hard to come up with a proper design.
What's the reason they can call 3000 numbers but nobody else?
Either way even with ccx managing something like this on a day to day basis would be a task I wouldnt want....
