the 2620 is working cool, but now we upgrade our broadband, and got new IP address from our local ISP, so must reconfigure the router, need a little help to do so,...
thanks

I assume, you know how to set up a pc/laptop to connect to the router and console into it.

Router>enable
Router#config t
Router(config)#interface ethernet0
Router(config-if)#no ip address
Router(config-if)#ip address <new ip> <new mask>
Router(config-if)#exit
Router#write memory
[OK]
Router#exit

The cisco 2620 has a 10/100 Fasthernet port, so the third line in ciscoexpert's post should be:
Router(config)# interface fa0/0
