How would you rate the HP StorageWorks SSL1016 tape drive?

Has anyone used this tape drive before? If so, how would you rate it? Does it eat tapes? Do tapes get jammed in the drive? Any feed back on this would be greatly appreciated.

I have only been using this autoloader for a month now and so far so good. Not problems to report.
