How would I turn this into a website?

Hi there! I really need to know how I can turn a layout that I made in photoshop into a website in dreamweaver.
This is the one that I want to turn into a page:

you might wanna start with a layout cell, then for the links add some blue highlight that turns images into links,
add layout cells on the contents spot

You can also have Fireworks slice it up...a well as photoshop.
