How upload files from Access in the database Folder

Hi,
I have my database access in a folder("database&quot. In this folder with the database's file I have other folders(like analysis, document, etc...)

I would like to have the users of my database being able to upload a file on their computer in those Folders...

Explanation: you have a form with one field and a button to choose the file you wanna upload, from your computer ... I can do that now...
then I would like to take the file I put in the field of my form and copy it in the folder I want.
Like with a button, I choose the folder and I copy and paste the file in the folder I have chosen...
