Is it possible to view a Quantum VS80 drive in windows explorer?

Or better yet, I am looking for a way to copy a .bkf file from a disk-to-disk backup to a vx80 tape.

This is on a windows 2003 server.

Thanks.

Fairly certian it should appear in device manager under tape drives
