I have a newly installed Cisco 2811 that seems to be rebooting randomly multiple times a day. I have installed a new UPS battery backup and confirmed the internal temperature is acceptable (28c).

I'm hoping that if I can see a log that details when the reboots are happening and maybe a reason for the reboot I might be able to find a solution. THANK YOU.

download tftpd (search google) and setup the syslog feature. Then configure your "trap host" and then "log trap debug" will send all messages to the syslog system. You can then review the log file at your leisure when it crashes.
