How to view .CAR files from Custom Virtual Directory

I can't seem to figure out how to view a .CAR file from a custom Virtual Directory built from the Crystal Web Wizard in CE. This .CAR file works fine in ePortfolio? I found a KB report from Crystal that had some sample CSP script code but I can't figure out how to use it.

Any simple solution to this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciate. I'm trying to determine if CE and Crystal Analysis is the best method to produce OLAP reporting over the WEB. But I need to get this to work so I can present it.

of course, you'll need a valid id and wcslogontoken

I believe the chart.csp and any.csp files need to be in your virtual directory
