There are many frameworks to choose from, free and otherwise.

I would suggest CodeBook, by Ed Leafe and others.

I am sorry to inform you that the objects porvided and the class librarys are the fram works. If you didn't have them then you would be writing code line by line. Attitude is Everything

As danceman alludes, VFP baseclasses ARE in effect a framework. Subclass them all and you have your own free framework.
Or use the Wizard to create an application and now you have a second and more elaborate framework and complete framework.
Or you could go out and buy someone else's idead of a framework. Unfortunately I have never used one so I cannot suggest any. "Roll your own" as soemone once said.
