Hi all,

Is there a way that i can use Outlook Calendar functions so i am able to use it in fox pro?

I've seen post in here where Excel Spread Sheets are created, and columns added. Where can i check for what methods are available?

Right now i have no idea on how to begin. If someone could point me to the right direction i would very much appreciate it.

Thanks.

Hi Yue,

You can explore the Outlook object library using VB's object browser. My post on Oct. 20th of thread184-28224 included a brief demo. I would highly recommend learning to use the object browser. FWIW, the outlook reference is named "Microsoft Outlook 9.0 Object Library" for Office2000.

What exactly are you wanting to do? If you are wanting your application to be notified via Outlook appointment reminders, you should know VFP does not recognize COM events. However, you can use VFPCOM.dll to trap COM object events in your VFP application. You can get & learn more about VFPCOM.dll at Jon Hawkins
