How to use index server

Can anyone recommend a good link to using index server with asp.net?

Hi,

what is Index Server? I've heard its for implementing searching etc, but is it a standard component of IIS or do we have to buy another license for it to use?

It's free and integerated into Windows XP. Look to install it under add/remove software - windows components.

yeh i saw that, just wondering if it ships with IIS5 so we can use it in the "real" world apps as well?

Did anyone find good examples of using index server with .Net.

Specifically I am trying to create an assembly that uses index server to perform basic and advanced searches and also search within search.

Any assistance would be splendid!
