How to use Group Policy editor for 2003 Domain controller

I have windows 7 Ultimate workstation. i need to be able to edit the group policies on a 2003 domain.
Is there anyway to have the group policy tab come up in the properties tab in ADUC?

If not is there any way to have WPA2 option come up on a XP pc when editing group policies?

you should update your AD schema from a windows server 2008 disc. this will add all the new AD and GPO features of 2008/Vista/7

Also you need to install Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7
