How to use Cyrillic or Russian in text tool?

Is there a way that I can copy Cyrillic from another source, then get it to show up when I use the text feature in PS?

Try this

You can download a Cyrillic font from:

http://babel.uoregon.edu/yamada/fonts/russian.html

then install it to:
Program Files/Common Files/ Adobe/Fonts
