How to use bulk admin to enable extension moblity 1

any way to use bulk admin to subscribe extension mobility?

yes there is...
create 2 templates 1 for your end users and 1 for UDP.
in the UDP template, select subscribe services from the drop down box, select EM.
insert UDP's with the associated end user profile.
done.
