Hi Team,

How do I connect to a customers system using ASA to change programming on thier switch using my iPhone? I've seen it done but didn't have the chance to ask what they did to set it up?

THANKS

The only way that I know how to do this is to use one of the RDP app for the iPhone, and take control of a PC running the ASA program.

That or install the team viewer app on your phone and the client app on the pc, a bit quicker than rdp

if you are looking to just connect you can do so with pterm (an iphone app) and an ssh connection to the ip of their system. Of course you would need to be on their network or vpn in using your iphone. Once you ssh and are logged into the shell of CM you can type autosat and use w2ktt as a terminal type. that gives you esc options instead of f-keys like 4410. It gets the job done but it is not as nice as sitting in front of a pc.

If you are looking for ASA functions and actually need the ASA application you would need to use some program like logmein, rdp or teamviewer to actually access the pc wth ASA on it.
