How to upgrade the kernel of RH 7.3?

Hi,
I have a Red Hat 7.3 version Linux with kernel version kernel-2.4.18-3 and need to upgrade it.How can I upgrade the same to kernel-2.4.18-4 or higher?
can anybody help me in this?
