On my SV8500 I'm running S8. Next upgrade (if there will be any), will require the new CPU card, the CP02. So I purchased 2 of those as I have a dual system. I obtained new svi files also, since the hardware key code on those cards are different.
So now! How do I change those out with minimal (or no) service interruption?

It's a dual system, so I have side 0 and side 1. What's the procedure? I have some idea of how to do it, but I want to check in here in this forum also.

NOTE: NEW SV8500 EMA CARD: Beginning in S6, there is a new type of EMA card.
 SCG-PC00-A is the older type EMA card.
 SCG-PC00-B is the newer type EMA card.
 SCG-PC00-B supports both types of CPU cards (CF-CP00 & CF-CP02).
 SCG-PC00-A only supports the older type of CPU card (CF-CP00).
See attached upgrade document.

Fortunately, I have the B version of the EMA card, so I'm good on that front.
