how to update package firmware of smartIAD GSM gateway

hello everyone...

(a) i am working on Quescom 400.
Presently it has package version of IAD05.20B023.
how can i upgrade or flash this package to IAD07.xxxx version...

(B)
We have an issue , ..We are using this gateway to connect us to 5 Networks...4 networks are working well but one network is not working..
