How to update Corporate Directory in OTM

CAn anyone show me how to update Corporate Directory in OTM

I think you have to go in OTM Main windows
-Utilities-corporate directory-M1 corporate directory,
and from this windows generate the corpdir.
That's your question ?

I already have all that set up but how do I update existent database

The directory depend of your station database.
If you want to regerate it you have to made retrieve all.
Or you can clear the database (*)and start a retrieve all after.
To generate a new corporate directory run Utilities M1 Utilities corporate directory.

to clean the database Use global Update to change all the records in New state and delte them after.
