We have Symantec Norton AntiVirus server. It works well with all managed PCs except one computer. The error message is saying virus def is to old. Tried to uninstall Symantec Norton AntiVirus from the computer, but failed. It asked me the password to uninstall. I tried user's password, local admin password, network admin password, none of them worked. If anyone has any idea how to handle this, please share with me. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

When you set up Symantec Anti-Virus server, you are asked to specify a password for Symantec. Whoever set that up should know. The default login is admin and password symantec. Try that first.

It worked. Thanks so much. Your are the BEST.
