Hello,

I would like to uninstall NT from a PC that has NT and Win95 is this posible? And How can I do it?

Thanks!

You need to sys your drive.

Remove the boot.ini file and replace autoexec.bat and config.sys with the versions on a startup disk made in 95.

If these two OSes are on the same partition tehn we know it can be NTFS so you can just delete the winnt folder.

If however WINNT is installed on a NTFS folder then you might want to consider using Fdisk (Dos 6.0 or higher ) to delete the "non-dos" partition.

Lazy sod that I am I usually just change the settings for booting the system in System>>Control panel to use 9X as the default and no timeout...then delete the folders from within 9x.

What if I don't find the autoexec.bat... how to generate it?
Thanks!

Create a system disk from 9x.
In control panel go to add remove programmes and click on the second tab.

If NT was installed after 98 simply removing the files as suggested should get you back teh way you were.

No harm in having that disk ready.
No harm in having this one on standby either.
